The Buckle is casted in bronze by Valtoron, a family ran sculpture foundry that also specializes in making state of the art racing motorcycles using traditional metal techniques to sculpt their bodies in casted aluminum. Casting has been known by mankind for thousands of years, and it is a beautiful technique that starts with the liquid metal which is poured into a mold containing a hollow cavity with the desired shape. Then after cooling, you open the molds and get the final piece.
The buckle comes with two simple, genuine cowhide leather, interchangeable, hand sewn belts, (One black, one natural). The belt comes in just 2 sizes, as it has holes all along the leathers.
